Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe was raised by an ethnically diverse family. She has a mother who is English and her father is Nigerian. Her family was in the South London Council Estate and was a student at The Brit School aged 14. The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art is where she earned a BA degree in acting. While at school she appeared in a variety of stage productions such as King Henry V's Princess Katherine as well as Wuthering Heights.
Madekwe started her career as an actor in the movie Storm Damage. In the years since, she's had appearances in guest roles for Teachers, Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe's debut film was that of the Woody Allen 2007 film Cassandra's Dream. She starred opposite Colin Farrell & Ewan MacGregor. In the following film, she appeared in Elisha, an episode of the BBC Three pilot drama, in West 10 LDN. In the same time, she starred as Ollie in six episodes each of Trexx, Flipside, and Flipside. In 2008, she was cast as Bambi, the lead role in ITV2's drama Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe starred in the comedy feature film How to Lose Friends & Alienate People. Her credits in the theatre include Little Sweet Thing (by Roy Williams) as well as Flight Path (by David Watson).
Madekwe officially made her US debut with The Beautiful Life in 2009. The show aired just two episodes on The CW, and was later removed from the air. Ashley Davenport was her role in the ABC drama Revenge. Madekwe starred as a regular character on the ABC drama series Revenge for two seasons. It was revealed in May 2013 that she was set to be leaving the series following a guest episode in the very first series of the 3rd. In the TV series Salem, she played Tituba between 2014 and the year 2016. Madekwe, her long-time companion, Iddo, married Madekwe in June 2012. Both have appeared in Secret Diary of a Call Girl. They have also appeared as a couple in Salem.

Ashley Leggat, an actress nominated twice for a Gemini Award, comes from a large Hamilton family. Her parents, Roy and Patty, as well as the four brothers of her, Brett, Todd, and Bram and Bram, were present. Ashley grew in arenas or baseball parks since her four athletic brothers all played baseball, hockey, and basketball in summer and winter. Ashley could never walk but she was able to dance. At the age of two, she took up Baby Ballet and fell in with. Ashley began to develop a love of dancing shortly after she joined the Baby Ballet. Ashley was a dancer who competed across all major divisions until she finished high school. She was a competitor in ballet, tap, jazz and pointe, as well as the acrobatics. All of the important dance competitions, including International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance which have awarded her the title "top soloist".
